Toshiba Business Solutions provides total support for all of our Lexmark and Toshiba products. Our NC based dispatch center is available 8 to 5, Monday – Friday for service assistance or supply orders. All devices will be assigned and labelled with an ID number. This unique device ID number will identify you when you place a call.

Toshiba/Lexmark On-Site Repair
Toshiba Business Solutions offers next-day, on-site repair service. If you have a problem, call our NC based Dispatch Center at 1-800-768-4349 or Submit a Service Request with the link above. The Toshiba dispatcher will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, we will dispatch a trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for repair.
Toshiba/Lexmark Supplies
Toshiba Business Solutions offers OEM supplies for your Toshiba and Lexmark products. Maintenance agreements that include toner supplies are available or you can purchase supplies as needed. A call to our Dispatch Center with your copier ID number will allow you to place the supply order and you will receive your supplies within 3-5 business days.
Toshiba/Lexmark Technical Support
Toshiba Business Solutions offers phone support to all of our customers. When you are installing your multi-functional device or printer and need assistance you can call our NC based Dispatch Center to reach our IT Helpdesk. You can request assistance for any of your IT questions.
