Toshiba Business Solutions offers next-day, on-site repair service. If you have a problem, call our NC based Dispatch Center at 1-800-768-4349 or Submit a Service Request with the link above. The Toshiba dispatcher will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, we will dispatch a trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for repair.
Toshiba Business Solutions offers OEM supplies for your Toshiba and Lexmark products. Maintenance agreements that include toner supplies are available or you can purchase supplies as needed. A call to our Dispatch Center with your copier ID number will allow you to place the supply order and you will receive your supplies within 3-5 business days.
